OBJECTIVES
The shipbuilding and ship repair industry in Malaysia is growing with several shipyards established in the country. This shipyard aims to serve as a multipurpose facility that can handle a wide range of shipbuilding, maintenance and repair tasks. The main objectives and visions of the project are: –

To make sure a secure and healthy work environment, as well as to generate employment opportunities and support the local work force’s skill development in order to possibly increase social and economic prosperity.
To establish itself as one of Malaysia’s or even the world’s chosen shipyards for the construction of world-class tugboats, barges, fishing vessels, deep sea fishing vessels, military vessel, offshore supply, and other special purpose ships up to 30,000DWT or 160m length.
